Aaron Shephard is native to Scottsdale, Arizona. He attended Saguaro High School, Scottsdale Community College, and Arizona State University. Aaron began his sales career working 15 years for his family's business, an Arizona based Wholesale Foodservice Distribution company which was started by his grandfather in 1949. Coupled with his sales experience in the extremely competitive foodservice industry, and his education in sales & marketing, Real Estate Sales has been a natural fit. Aaron joined Dan Schwartz Realty, Inc in 2004, and quickly became one of the brokerages top producers. HomeSmart has since aquired Dan Schwartz Realty. In 2006 his wife Anna joined him in the business, bringing her sales experience to the team.

Anna Shephard (Mayer) was born and raised in Southern California, moving to Phoenix in 1995. Anna attended Chaparral High School, Paradise Valley Community College, and Arizona State University. She was a top producer in sales at a North Scottsdale fitness center, and gained valuable management experience at a high end, Scottsdale beauty salon. Combining her extensive sales experience with her enthusiastic personality, Anna has become an invaluable asset to the team. Aaron and Anna currently live in North Scottsdale with their daughter Avery and son Archer.
